To offer your customers the benefit of paying with GrailPay, you must first sign up for a GrailPay Merchant Account and gain access to the GrailPay Merchant Dashboard to retrieve your API Token. Then, complete the GrailPay configuration from the WooCommerce Settings.

If you have not already installed WooCommerce in your store, move to this guide Install WooCommerce for installing WooCommerce Plugin first, then proceed to install GrailPay Payment Plugin.

Installation of GrailPay Payment Plugin

1. Login into WordPress admin panel with your Administrator role, the URL for admin panel should be {Base_url}/wp-admin.
   

   

   
   

2. After login, go to Plugins > Add New from sidebar of WordPress admin
   

   

3. Then, click on Upload Plugin button
   

   

   
   

4. Now you can upload the GrailPay Payment Plugin file
   

   

   
   

5. Install the plugin by clicking on Install Now
   

   

   
   

6. Plugin has now been installed, now press to Activate Plugin.
   

   

   
   

7. GrailPay Payment Plugin is now activated. you can see the GrailPay Payment Plugin in Plugin > Installed Plugins

Install WooCommerce

WooCommerce plugin can be installed from WordPress Marketplace or manually. We have provided guide for both possible method:

A. From Marketplace (Recommended)

1. Login into WordPress admin panel with your Administrator role, the URL for admin panel should be {Base_url}/wp-admin.

2. After login, go to Plugins > Add New from sidebar of WordPress admin

3. Type WooCommerce into search field. By search, there would be list of plugins. Select WooCommerce plugin, click on Install Now.
   

   

   
   

4. WooCommerce plugin has been installed, now you can continue to Activate it.
   

   

   
   

5. Now you are ready for the WooCommerce Wizard.
   

   

B. Manually (Recommended)

1. Create a free account on WooCommerce.com

2. Sign-up for an account on WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com

3. Select from:
   a) A pre-installed solution with a trusted host
   b) Auto-installing WooCommerce if you have a WordPress site already
   c) Download the zip file and do it yourself

4. Login into WordPress admin panel with your Administrator role, the URL for admin panel should be {Base_url}/wp-admin.

5. After login, go to Plugins > Add New from sidebar of WordPress admin

6. Click on Upload Button and select WooCommerce Plugin Zip file to install, and click to Install Now.
   

   

   
   

7. WooCommerce plugin has been installed, now you can continue to Activate it.
   

   

   
   

8. Now you are ready for the WooCommerce Wizard.
